 Admission Fest Begins at Presidency University

The Admission Fest at Presidency University began on October 3, 2024 (Thursday) and will continue till October 18, 2024. The honorable Acting Vice-Chancellor of Presidency University, Professor A.H.M Faruque, inaugurated the fest. The event was attended by the university’s Principal Adviser, Professor Dr. Md. EBL-German Embassy partner to promote climate action

Eastern Bank PLC. Chevron begins tree planting drive in Habiganj

Chevron Bangladesh and Green Savers, an environmental organisation, jointly inaugurated a tree planting programme in the vicinity of Chevron Bangladesh’s Bibiyana Gas Plant in Habiganj as part of the comprehensive tree planting initiative across the country to protect biodiversity. Chevron Bangladesh launched a five-year plantation program to transform the landscape around its gas plant. This initiative will see the planting of over 4,000 highquality saplings, including a variety of flowers, fruit trees, wood trees, and medicinal plants.
