The UIU MARINER team from United International University (UIU) has qualified for the 2025 World Championship MATE ROV Competition, organised by the Marine Technology Society. This is one of the most prestigious competitions for university students in marine robotics. The event will take place from June 17 to 21, 2025, in Alpena, Michigan, USA. The Advanced Underwater Robotics and Automation (AURA) crew from United International University recently performed a live demonstration, showcasing their self-built remotely operated vehicle (ROV).
