International Division of Southeast Bank, the first in Bangladesh, has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification

Recently, the International Division of Southeast Bank PLC has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification from Bureau Veritas (Bangladesh) Pvt Ltd., a globally recognised certification body for establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) in its operation. This ISO Certification is a first-time instance for Bangladesh's International Division of a Bank. Earlier, the Information Technology Division and Human Resources Division of the bank were also awarded ISO 27001:2013 and 9001:2015, respectively. Mr. Nuruddin Md. NRBC Bank provides relief assistance to 10,000 flood-affected families

NRBC Bank has extended significant relief to 10,000 families severely affected by recent flooding in Feni, Lakshmipur, Comilla, and Noakhali. The bank has supplied essential items including mineral water, medicine, dry food, candles, gas lighters, and cash to the impacted communities, according to a media statement released on Wednesday. A team from NRBC Bank, including Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee AKM Mostafizur Rahman, Director Loquit Ullah, Deputy Managing Director Harunur Rashid, Meghna Zonal Head and Senior Executive Vice President Syed Mahbubul Haque, and area in-charges Kazi Md Ziaul Karim and Kamrul Hasan, personally visited the affected areas to distribute the aid. BRAC Bank, GUK renew partnership to boost high-value crop production in Bogura char areas

BRAC Bank and Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) have again signed a strategic alliance to help farmers in remote char areas grow high-value crops using innovative agricultural technology and knowhow. The two organizations will work together as part of a specially designed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focused on agriculture, according to a press statement.  The partnership will provide farmers of Dhunat, Bogura access to machinery and technology, enabling them to enhance harvest of cash crops including maize, jute, mustard, green chilli.
