On Friday, February 28, 2025, the National Round of the 15th Bangladesh Physics Olympiad took place at the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). An intuitive but staid question that follows this festive season of convocations in Bangladesh is: What ought to be the meaningful and tangible reasons for a university to celebrate convocations, and how can we measure them? Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2025 took place on 8th February at the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). Sophos, a global leader of innovative security solutions for defeating cyber-attacks released a new report, “Beyond the Hype: The Businesses Reality of AI for Cyber security,” which surveyed 400 IT leaders on their use of AI in security. The survey found that, despite 65% having adopted generative artificial intelligence (GenAI capabilities) 89% of IT leaders are concerned that flaws in GenAI cyber security tools could put their organization at risk.
