Young Leaders embark on career journey at BRAC Bank

BRAC Bank has arranged a ceremony marking the completion of the one-year development programme of its Young Leaders.
After the development programme, the new batch of officers recruited under the Young Leaders Program (YLP) has been absorbed into different divisions and placed in permanent jobs.
Every year, the bank appoints fresh graduates under its signature onboarding initiative - YLP, which has generated enthusiasm among new graduates. The bank's Young Leaders' Program is the best in the banking industry, providing intensive training, fast-track career progression and becoming a platform for future leaders of Bangladesh's banking sector.

At the graduation ceremony on August 22, 2024, Selim R. F. Hussain, Managing Director & CEO, handed over the crest and promotion letter to the Young Leaders for successfully completing a one-year intensive learning and development program with different bank divisions. Akhteruddin Mahmood, Head of Human Resources, and senior officials joined the ceremony.
