Shahjalal Islami Bank’s 23rd AGM held

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC held on Thursday through a digital platform ( online video conference). The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank Mr A K Azad, MP presided over the meeting, according to a media release.  The Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved a 14 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders, and the Directors reported and audited Balance Sheet and the profit and loss account for the year ended on December 31, 2023.
