AB Bank wins two Mastercard Excellence Awards

AB Bank wins Awards for Excellence in Mastercard Business (Financial Inclusion) and Excellence in Mastercard Debit Business (Domestic) 2023-24. AB Bank is the only Bank to win an award on Financial Inclusion this year. The sixth edition of the awards celebrated the outstanding contributions of organizations in the banking, payments, and fintech sectors in Bangladesh.
Mr. Tarique Afzal, Managing Director & CEO of AB Bank received this honor on behalf of the Bank.
Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur, the Honorable Governor of Bangladesh Bank, graced the program as Chief Guest where Ms. Trishita Maula, the Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Dhaka, was present as the Guest of Honor.
Mr. Syed Mohammad Kamal, Country Manager of Mastercard and Mr. Syed Mizanur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of AB Bank along with other officials were also present on that occasion.
