IPDC Welcomes 12 Young Talents through Its Management Trainee Program

IPDC Finance PLC proudly welcomes 12 exceptional young professionals into its flagship Management Trainee Program, “The Unbounders,” marking another milestone in the organization’s mission to develop future leaders for Bangladesh’s financial sector.
Continuing its ability to nurture fresh talent and create opportunities for young minds to grow commitment, IPDC has onboarded 12 new Unbounders, each emerging from a highly competitive selection process that spanned multiple stages, including aptitude assessments, case analyses, panel interviews, and leadership evaluations.
This year’s cohort stands out for its diverse academic backgrounds, outstanding academic achievements, and demonstrated leadership potential. The newly recruited Unbounders represent graduates from some of Bangladesh’s most prestigious institutions, bringing with them a rich mix of perspectives and experiences that align with IPDC’s values of integrity, customer-centricity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The formal induction ceremony, held at IPDC’s head office, was attended by senior members of the management team who warmly welcomed the incoming trainees. Leaders emphasized the significance of the program in shaping the next generation of financial professionals and encouraged the Unbounders to embrace IPDC’s culture of innovation, inclusivity, and ethical excellence.
The Unbounders program offers a comprehensive development journey that includes rotational placements across key business and operational units for broad organizational exposure, hands-on project assignments addressing real business challenges, one-on-one mentorship from senior leadership to build strategic thinking and professional maturity, and a series of formal learning workshops designed to strengthen technical, analytical, and managerial skills.
This immersive and holistic approach is intended to equip the Unbounders with the right blend of knowledge, practical experience, and leadership capability needed to thrive in Bangladesh’s evolving financial landscape.
Speaking at the induction, Rizwan Dawood Shams, Managing Director of IPDC Finance PLC, expressed his enthusiasm about the new cohort, stating,
