AIUB Celebrates Physics Day 2026

American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB) celebrated “Physics Day 2026” on Thursday, April 30. The day-long event was jointly organized by the Department of Natural Science (Physics) under the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) and the AIUB Astronomy and Space Science Club. Students, faculty members, researchers, and invited guests participated in the event. Ms. Farzana Sabit served as the convener of the organizing committee and coordinated the overall program.
The inaugural session was attended by the university’s Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Abdur Rahman, Professor Dr. A. B. M. Siddiq Hossain, and Dr. Mohammad Zahidul Islam Khan. One of the key attractions of the event was a student project exhibition. In addition, a quiz competition was held, and prizes were awarded to winners across different categories.
